Merry Christmas

This whimsical Santa cake is a new design I created for my husband’s office Christmas party. Highlights of this 2-tiered cake include light pink buttercream icing with red and hot pink fondant stripes. A hand sculpted fondant Santa sits on the ledge overlooking his bag of presents while Rudolf awaits below. White buttercream ‘snow’ covers the ledge and cake board and is dusted with edible glitter to give it extra sparkle. A red fondant bow tops it all off, making the entire cake edible!

Flavors included cinnamon swirl cake with chocolate espresso filling and chocolate chip cake with vanilla buttercream.
