I just love the idea of using a large hurricane vase as a punch bowl or to chill drinks. It is unexpected and quite charming. Flowers definitely make a modern statement in such an oversized vase. Here are some other unique ways to put your hurricane vase to good use:

  • Fill with lemons, limes, apples or artichokes for a modern centerpiece
  • Fill with goodies for a candy or cookie buffet
  • Use as a serving dish for a layered dessert or salad
  • Fill with bath salts and a scoop for do-it-yourself favors
  • Fill with baseballs, golfballs, etc for a sports themed party
  • Fill with popcorn for a movie night or carnival themed party
  • Fill with water and fish for a beach themed party
  • Fill with mini pumpkins for a your fall table
  • Fill with glass ball ornaments for your Christmas table

Like I said, the list is endless. How could you incorporate a hurricane vase into your next party?
