Tasty Holiday Cocktails

I realize cocktail posts are normally better suited for Fridays but the holiday season is in full swing and it has to be 5:00 somewhere!  And besides, if you spent any time at the mall this past weekend fighting the crazy holiday crowds, then you deserve a cocktail!  I normally don’t wait so long to get my Christmas shopping finished but this year was a little different.  So after a long Saturday out and about with a 3 month old, I was definitely ready for an adult beverage.  Festive, fun and delicious, these tasty holiday cocktails featuring Exclusiv Vodka were just what I needed!

So delicious, these cocktails would be perfect for a Christmas party or New Years Celebration.  Make a large batch of the Citrus Cranberry Punch and serve it in a punch bowl so guests can help themselves.  No mess, no fuss and sure to get the party started!  Or liven up your gift wrapping by toasting yourself with one of these babies.  Here are the recipes…

Spiced Pear
2 oz Exclusiv Vodka
1 oz Baileys
1/2 oz pear puree
1/4 oz cinnamon schnapps
Dash of honey
Shake and pour in a martini glass with a sugar/cinnamon rim

Citrus-Cranberry Punch
1 oz Exclusiv Citrus Vodka
1/2 oz Limoncello
1 oz cranberry juice
Fill with Ginger Ale
Serve in a champagne flute or punch bowl

A very special thank you to our friends over at Exclusiv Vodka for sharing these tasty holiday cocktail recipes with us!  You can find additional vodka cocktail recipes on the Exclusiv Vodka website!

Cheers!
