Fabulous Cake Stands

August 22, 2012 by Carrie Sellman

Stands.  Platters.  Plates.  Whatever you call them, a pretty cake deserves a pretty pedestal!  We’ve gone window shopping for cake stands in the past, and I’ve been dying to go again.  You could probably guess this but… I absolutely love cake stands!  When you think about it, cake stands are almost like shoes.  They’re the perfect accessory and a girl can never have too many!  So we’re taking a look at some of my favorite stands and pedestals right now.  From vintage milk glass, to rustic wood and charming DIY’s.  These are some Fabulous Cake Pedestals!

I’d say if there were ever a contest for the cutest cake stand, number 3 and 4 would have my vote. Gosh, I just love a good cake stand!!!

I just found a fabulous cake stand at Home Goods- the angels were singing! White with a scalloped edge and a big black metal flower on the side- can’t wait to plop a cake on that thing!

I love the milk glass ones. Very simple and classical. You’d be assured that they’d never go out of style. I also like the domed crystal cakes stands like in here.
