Yesterday’s post got me thinking about animal themed cakes. So this week’s Fabulous Cake is one of my favorite safari designs, full of adorable jungle animals. Created by Blue Cupcake, a charming bakery in LA, this cupcake display and cake is just over the top with amazing 3D safari details. Get ready to go wild!
The 3D fondant animals on this display are phenomenal. Each one of those little guys is hand sculpted and requires some serious time and effort. My personal favorite is the giraffe – the smile on his face is just precious. What child wouldn’t love this as the centerpiece to their party?

I tried Blue Cupcake at the LA Cupcake Challenge this year and their cupcakes were my favorite! They also had some awesome-looking cake displays.
