Today’s real party is truly a pleasure for me to post. I received this party from one of my previous cake customers back in Dallas. I designed a first birthday cake for Erin’s oldest daughter almost four years ago. I was thrilled to not only hear from her, but to know that she continues to follow Half Baked. Erin’s second little girl just recently turned one and she put together this fabulous Pink Sparkle Party for the celebration.
“We celebrated at my parents beach house near Galveston. My girls wore matching outfits from Etsy that were so cute! Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get a picture of them together because….well, they are 3 and 1 so they don’t always cooperate! ha! We grilled burgers and hot dogs while the kids played bubbles, threw water balloons, and grabbed candy from the pinata. After all the celebrating, we headed on the beach for play!”
A special thanks to Erin for sharing this adorable Pink Sparkle Party with us! You can see more of this party here on her blog.
AAAAMazing!! I love, love all the design elements.
Love the lollipops!
Oh this is so sweet. I love that her little toenails are painted too! he he not something you’d usually see on a one year old. The whole party is just adorable. <3 it.
So cute! And the birthday girl is absolutely adorable!!
That cake is too too cute! Love it!
everything is simply beautiful!
I would love to get that dress for my daughter who is turning one next month! you mentioned you got it from chic baby rose/esty and I contacted them – they said it was not from them! Help please! Thank you!
Is that a tutu that is used for the cupcake stand? If so, where did you find it. If it’s not, then what did you use to make this?
Thank you!
Megan – the birthday girl’s mother made most of the decorations herself, including the cake stand. To me, it looks like several layers of pink tulle, wrapped around the base of the stand. You could probably also use a tutu as a quick alternative. : )
Do you know where the plates came from? I can’t seem to find them anywhere
Hi Amanda – Plates and Napkins is a great source for paper plates. I’m not sure if they’ll have exactly what you’re looking for, but hopefully something close!
Beautiful party! Where did you get the tablecloth from? I’ve been looking for one like it but can’t find it.
Jessica – the hostess, Erin, created most of the party details herself. I am *guessing* that she bought fabric and made the tablecloth herself.
Cute! I need a punch that same color. Do you have the recipe?
I would love to know where you got the precious outfit from?
Natalie – the baby’s outfit came from Chic Baby Rose on Etsy. Here is a link: https://www.etsy.com/shop/chicbabyrose
Thanks so much
Where can I get the pink damask party plates?? LOve them!!!
