LOVE is Sweet

February 16, 2011 by Carrie Sellman

LOVE Week continues with a treat I recently discovered and absolutely love.  Honestly, it’s like crack.  Not that I know what crack is like… but if I had to imagine. Maybe that is why they call it Big Apple CRACKle!  A decadent, crunchy combination of bittersweet chocolate, buttery caramel and toasted almonds atop a matzoh cracker.  This love is definitely sweet…
Big Apple Crackle from Sweet Sally's

I recently had the pleasure of sampling some goodies from Sweet Sally’s Bakeshop.  Sweet Sally’s is a delicious new line of made from scratch baked goods, just like mom and grandma used to bake. Made from all natural ingredients, preservative and trans fat free, one bite of theses yummy baked goods is sure to bring you back to childhood.

Sweet Sally's Bakeshop

Doesn’t that Big Apple Crackle just look delish?!  I’m telling you, it is seriously addictive!  I didn’t want to… but I had to share it because I would have eaten the whole container.  The Raspberry Squares and the Cranberry Pecan Mandel Bread also received rave reviews.  I haven’t tried their Fudge Brownies or Tangy Lemon Bars yet…. but I think I need to!  Packaged in charming little boxes, this is one sweet gift you can’t wait to unwrap!

A very special thank you to Sweet Sally’s for sharing some of their delectable treats with us.  They actually arrived on my birthday making it extra special for me!  Be sure to check out these goodies for yourself on the Sweet Sally’s website.  Enjoy!

And remember, Thursday is the last day to enter our LOVE that Dress Giveaway from Shabby Apple! If you haven’t entered already, what are you waiting for?
