Fabulous Hostess Aprons

March 2, 2012 by Carrie Sellman

It’s Friday!  And I think it’s time for us to have some fun and go shopping together.  Window shopping that is!  A few Fridays ago, we went window shopping for cake stands.  Based on your response to that post, I think we should spend every Friday shopping together!  Are you in?

Today we’re on the hunt for another one of my favorite things… aprons!!  Presentation is key when it comes to food and baking, but it’s equally important for the woman behind the whisk to look good.  With all the sifting and whipping,  it can be a challenge to keep your party dress clean!  So let’s take a look at some of my favorite aprons right now.  From super sophisticated to vintage chic, these Fabulous Hostess Aprons might actually be prettier than your party dress!!

You know, as much as I bake I never wear an apron. I have a boring one that hangs around never getting used. I think if I had one of these that might change though! I LOVE number 3 – definitely my favorite out of the bunch.

These are aprons? Too pretty to put them into use. Can wear them outside and people won’t notice they are aprons! Love them all!

Oooh! I love me some gorgeous aprons! These are so inspiring – I love the ruffles!
This vintage-inspired number is what I save for special occasions and hostess duties:

I LOVE these aprons. I found a really cool website that sells handmade aprons…www.anotherperfectcreation.com. I’ve had so much fun wearing their aprons when I host parties! We had a BBQ the other night and I wore their animal print half apron…got so many compliments!
