Happy Spring to all of you here at The Cake Blog!! Did you know, as bakers, you have a superpower that can change the world? At least the world around you! Since beautiful buttercream flowers can be added to cakes and other baked goods any time of the year, it’s almost like having the upper-hand on Mother Nature. Am I right? I hope you’re already seeing signs of spring in your neck of the woods. If not, you can still welcome the new season because you’ve got the power of the piping bags, my friends!!
