Real Party: Bow Bridal Shower

June 3, 2010 by Carrie Sellman

Today’s real party is the perfect way to celebrate “tying the knot”.   This bridal shower, in shades of pink and green, has oodles of charming bow accents.  With a fabulous cake and dessert bar created by Jasmine Clouser, owner and head designer of The Couture Cakery, this shower is definitely one to love!
Bow Bridal Shower

Bow Bridal Shower

Everywhere you look, there are bows!  A classic theme that is so fitting for a bridal shower.  The crisp white cake is perfectly accented with a pink bow and cascading pink ribbons.  And all of the desserts look so delish to include the white chocolate dipped marshmallows and mini cupcakes with almond buttercream.

A very special thank you to Jasmine for sharing this event with us!  Be sure to check out more of her fabulous cakes and dessert bars on The Couture Cakery website and blog.

Beautiful. How are the homemade pops done? Are they simply marshmellows on sticks, dipped in sprinkles?

Hi Umma. The marshmallows are dipped in melted chocolate then I put sprinkles on them.
