Real Party: Candyland Christmas

December 1, 2010 by Carrie Sellman

Today we’re diving head first into the holiday season with this amazing dessert table created by Bird of Bird’s Party which features her Candyland Christmas Collection.  This whimsical display features red and white stripes, oodles of candy canes, gingerbread men and rockin’ robins.  It’s a winter wonderland full of Christmas spirit and sweet treats!

I just love the use of red and white stripes to tie the whole display together.  Even the white plates are lined with striped paper adding a nice little touch.  And all of the treats are so perfectly adorable.  From the gingerbread men cookies to the decorated oreos to the gingerbread men cupcake toppers.  It’s a child’s fantasy brought to life!

A very special thanks to Bird for sharing this charming Christmas dessert table with us. It is just too sweet! Be sure to check out the full Candyland Christmas Party Collection, along with many other great party collections, on the Bird’s Party Blog.  You can also find a great tutorial on how to replicate the cake stand here.

Thank you for sharing these photos – they are a perfect Christmas delight (one that I wish I could do, but will have to settle with admiring it from afar!)

Awesome! I am hosting a table for our annual Festival of Tables and it is my DIL’s birthday the day – so I am using some of these ideas for my decorations in her honor…. Yay you!!
