Summer Cake Trio

I know, I know.  It’s been too quiet here the last few weeks… but we’re back on track and starting the week off with a big helping of cake inspiration!  Today’s post is so packed full of pretty cakes that it’s like three posts in one.  Seriously!  Today’s featured cake is not one cake but three!  Yes, a stunning cake trio created by Leony Schiller from Ma’ Cake in Sydney, Australia.  This set of three is cheery, bright and oh-so-beautiful.  From smooth and sleek fondant to elegant ruffles and delicate sugar flowers, this display is a gorgeous combination of textures that simply makes me smile.  Join me in swooning over this delightfully fresh, Summer Cake Trio!

Leony of Ma’ Cake shared that they were going for a romantic look with this display.  One that would give you a warm fuzzy feeling.  Well, I’m definitely feeling love for these cakes, what about you?  Let’s get a better look at all three cakes…

Delicate white ruffles add a touch of drama to this tall and slender two-tier cake.  With a subtle touch of yellow in the flower bloom and a gorgeous white pedestal, this cake is simply spectacular!

The second cake in this lovely trio is all about the flowers.  A smooth fondant base creates the perfect stage for these incredible sugar flowers.

And last but certainly not least, the third cake proves that sometimes less is more.  A statement is made with just two pink blooms and an antique table.  Keep calm and eat a cake!

Put all three of these cakes together and you have a little slice of cake heaven!  Because really… if one cake is good then three is great!  Especially when they are as charming as these!
