May is here and that means summer is just around the corner.  Much to our dismay, it has been raining here for the last two weeks, almost daily.  In an effort to forget about the looming clouds, we’re spending the day basking in the beauty of some colorful cakes.  With everything from vibrant sun-drenched hues to mellow sunsets, these cakes are a ray of sunshine.  Let’s take a look at these 10 Brilliant Yellow Cakes.
