Summer is a season of fresh berries and stone fruits, pool parties and popsicles, fireflies and backyard BBQ’s. Seriously, what’s not to love about long days, lazy nights and impromptu get togethers with friends. With warm weather finally rolling in, I wanted to share a few cupcake recipes that have definitely earned a spot on my summer baking list. A few of these you’ve seen here on the blog before. Is there a resource guide where to get the cupcake paper cups/liners.
Also, When I bake cupcakes the paper liners fade and the oils from the cake ruin the look of the
paper. What’s the trick to keep that from happening!

One option is to bake the cupcake in a plain white wrapper and then add your decorative wrapper after baking. There’s several examples of this “double wrapper” concept shown above.
I put a sprinkling of white rice in the bottom of the muffin pan, then the liner. Seems to help with the oil getting on the liner. That’s so disappointing!
